Neighborhood maintenance and city priorities

A lifelong Roseville resident argued the city's neglect of older neighborhoods is a priorities problem, not a funding problem, citing the budget surplus and the proposed council pay raise, ahead of Monday's priorities workshop.

Read the city's June 2025 letter explaining the $100 LLD assessment hasn't risen since 1989, and cited her 37-year-old homeowner booklet saying sidewalk and concrete upkeep becomes the city's responsibility, arguing the city has disrespected her neighborhood.
